Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING & PRODUCTS

Most of these items take 5 days to ship due to production time. These products are designed by me and either drop shipped from the manufacturer or sent directly from my home. 

 

Hard Decora is a one woman show so that means if I'm at a convention or are waiting on restock, or get sick that can delay orders being shipped out. Please send me an email, kamilah@harddecora.com if you need your order by a certain date and I'll be happy to see what I can do!

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-Orders may take some weeks to get to me before they are sent out since they are essentially made to order but there is no extra shipping charge for pre-order items

 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

You can ship internationally! It should take 7-12 days to ship (unless otherwise notified) and 2-3 weeks to arrive once it's shipped!

 

Customs:

Hard Decora is not responsible for any delays caused by, or packages held by, customs. Many countries have laws that restrict the entry of certain goods. Because the laws of each country are constantly changing, I cannot be held responsible should your item be seized or rejected by customs. I will not refund the cost of shipping or the cost of goods. If your package is returned to me, I will issue you a refund for the goods only. Should you desire to have the package shipped again, or to an alternate address, you will have to pay for shipping again. Customers accept full responsibility for determining if the products you are ordering violate your country's laws.

I strongly suggest you check with your local customs agency prior to placing your order.
