Refund policy
FREE RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you received it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
Returns Process
Send me an email with the details kamilah@harddecora.com. I ask that you send back the items using a prepaid label I provide if you are in the USA and when I receive a tracking number/package I will disperse the refund. If there was a mistake on my part I will refund with shipping costs, if not, I will refund without shipping costs.
Exchange Process
First send me an email with the details to kamilah@harddecora.com so we can figure out the best exchange for your item. I will then ask that you send back the items to an address I provide and when I receive the tracking number/package I will send the new package to you. You will have to pay for the postage.
Make sure your address is correct otherwise you will have to pay shipping again through Paypal in order to receive your product if it is shipped back to me for that reason.
Disclaimer
When ordering some “all over print” products there may be some discontinuation of color under the sleeve where there are creases. This is due to the printing process and can't always be avoided. If it happens on the front of the apparel then that is means for it to be returned.
